In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR and site leaders to shape the employee experience, strengthen culture, and support the systems and processes that help our teams thrive.

Schedule:
Lead the new-hire experience by coordinating onboarding, HR orientation, and first day processes while partnering with leaders to set employees up for success
Support core HR operations across benefits, policy guidance, performance processes, recognition efforts, and HR communications
Assist leaders with people related matters, including performance issues, policy concerns, and conflict situations
Manage leave programs, including FMLA and related processes, with accuracy and attention to compliance
Champion workplace culture by coordinating events, recognition efforts, and stay/exit interviews
Keep HR operations moving smoothly by maintaining records, supporting timekeeping needs, and ensuring key site documents and processes stay up to date
