Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Quality Coordinator to support quality at our Extrusion plant, where we manufacture composite materials used in the Marvin Window and Door products. This role works closely with both the production team and quality data, partnering with operators to complete checks while also reviewing trends and digging into issues to understand what is causing them and support the right follow up actions.
You will help keep quality data accurate and organized and work across teams to keep quality standards clear and consistent. This is a hands-on role in a growing area of the business, offering the opportunity to build your skills and grow within our quality team over time.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Troubleshoot extrusion quality issues as they occur and support follow‑up actions
• Investigate quality issues to help identify root causes and support corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Perform regular inspections, tests, and measurements to confirm product meets specifications
• Maintain accurate quality data, MRRs, and controlled documentation, including quality books and master records
• Ensure required quality checks are completed and defined processes are followed
• Communicate quality concerns and findings with production, engineering, and other cross-functional partners
• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or an associate degree is helpful but not required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to quality, inspection, or production processes
• Experience using computers and systems to enter, track, and review data with a high level of accuracy, including documentation and record keeping
• The ability to read and understand prints, specifications, and other technical documents
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, and confidence communicating clearly with operators and cross-functional teams
