Highlights of your role

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Production Shift Supervisor by working together to achieve key metrics (safety, quality, productivity, turnover and retention) and developing a strong team culture.  This role should be considered “hands on” and maintains responsibility for producing high-quality product for our customers.  Directly responsible for the development of your direct reports and supporting the development of the rest of the associates on your shift.  This includes coaching and mentoring of your direct reports through the Skill Level Development program that helps fits within the high-performance culture of the team.  The Assistant Shift Supervisor is approachable, listens, and encourages others to help ensure a positive culture and overall making Marvin Composites a great place to work. This is a day shift position. 

 

 

Schedule:
Day: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend off!!
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
