We are hiring Mechanical Design Engineers to focus on designing and building new equipment and systems, as part of our new equipment development team.  This role plays a crucial part in our company’s success, offering unique opportunities for growth and meaningful contributions.  

• Design, develop, and integrate custom equipment and systems from concept to production
• Lead equipment innovations to boost efficiency and capabilities
• Ensure project success by meeting scope, timeline, and budget goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Analyze data to identify issues and implement effective improvements
• Train teams and document processes for new technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, required
• Strong communication and adaptability skills: essential for effective collaboration and responding effectively to changing project needs 
• Enjoy working hands-on with mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment 
• Beneficial: Experience in machine design
