In this role, you’ll help keep our facility and equipment running efficiently. You’ll take on a variety of tasks—troubleshooting, repairing, ordering parts—and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of your contributions.

Schedule:
Day: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM  (MON - FRI)

Pay:

Base: $24.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

Night Premium: 20% 

Effective Rate: $28.80 - $36.00/hr DOE 

• Provide timely support, root cause determination, and good follow-up on maintenance issues
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems
  • Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
  • Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
  • Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
  • Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred
• Detail oriented
• Industrial Electrical Skills (PLC knowledge, Knowledge of electrical motors and drives, Knowledge of various sensors and electrical components, Multimeter use to troubleshoot electrical issues)
• Industrial Mechanical Skills (Knowledge of pumps, valves, and associated plumbing, Knowledge of pneumatics, Knowledge of compressors, chillers, extruders, and other equipment
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
