Job Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring a Receptionist for our Fargo, ND location. Are you organized, detailed, and great with people? As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first person visitors and callers connect with, helping keep the front office running smoothly. You’ll answer phones, greet guests, handle data entry, and assist with office tasks. This role involves working with confidential information, requiring integrity and discretion.

Highlights of your role

  • Front Office Management: Conduct general front office activities like routing phone calls, delivering mail and messages, and maintaining the appearance of the lobby and front office area.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry to maintain databases or spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, and compile reports as needed.
  • Safety Administration: Coordinate safety-related activities such as tracking inspection programs and communicating safety training.
  • Company Support: Provide support for various company tasks as needed.
  • Administrative Duties: Coordinate travel, manage office supplies, prepare documents, handle general email and fax inboxes, create associate badges, and distribute company-wide announcements.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of private documents, programs, and information.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Pay: $18-20 / hr

depending on experience

Compensation

$18-21 / hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Customer service or administrative support experience, preferred
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, photo editor, database management, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and respect for confidentiality
