Job Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring a Project Manager at our Fargo, ND location. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating efforts across teams. Success in this role depends on your ability to collaborate effectively, build positive relationships, and inspire others to stay aligned and meet shared goals. You’ll work directly within our engineering department, contributing to exciting initiatives like new custom equipment projects. Highlights of your role

  • Lead projects effectively by defining clear scopes of work, tracking budgets, and ensuring timelines are met
  • Coordinate and align efforts across multiple teams to maintain accountability and progress
  • Support and lead organizational change efforts using an established system while documenting and validating project outcomes
  • Lead projects for initiatives such as new custom equipment, facility upgrades, or process improvements
  • Present project updates to staff-level leaders, including securing budget approvals, proactively addressing project risks, and providing progress updates

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on coordination and collaboration
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Strong communication skills to influence, motivate, and align project teams

Also want to make sure you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Engineering, strongly preferred
  • The ability to drive projects forward by maintaining focus on scope, budget, and timing while keeping team members informed and engaged
