Highlights of your role

As a Raw Materials Prep Associate, you are in charge of the preparation and delivery of the raw materials to the production lines in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role, you will prepare raw materials to use in production and are responsible for ensuring the delivery of materials to production lines in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Completes all quality testing and measurement requirements; performs and documents testing of non-conforming materials as prescribed/assigned
  • Prepares raw materials (chemical compound and substrate mixtures) to SOP specification to use in production.
  • Ensures materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner
  • Provides timely and friendly service to all customers
  • Actively maintains a clean work area
  • PPE Provided: N95 Mask / Respirator; worn ~20-25% of the time during 12hr shift.
  • Clean Facial Hair required

 

Schedule: 

 

6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is 3 days off!
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay: 

 

Effective Hourly rate: $22.07-$24.49 hr DOE.
(Includes base pay, weekend premium, and OT).
Base: $19.25 - $21.56/hr DOE.
Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr (FRI-SUN)

Pay for Experience if applicable! 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 18 years of age required
  • Stand/work for a 12-hour shift
  • Computer skills preferred
  • Previous experience working independently with minimal direction is required
  • Ability to manage time and respond quickly to multiple tasks required
  • Previous forklift experience preferred or willing to learn and get certified
